The Great Yoga Wall Teacher Training
Yoga Wall classes are instructed by Mary Sanders. Mary is the owner of All at the Wall based in San Diego, California, where she teaches yoga, Pilates, and suspension training at the Great Yoga Wall. She has been teaching yoga since 2000 and she recently finished a 100-hour therapeutic yoga internship where she has shifted her teachings to chakra based and her students are seeing profound results. Mary is passionate about yoga and travel and leads two all women yoga retreats a year to the Central Coast of California. In her spare time she loves to take Salsa and Bachata dance classes. |

Due to the inversions being practiced in these workshops, the courses are not recommended for anyone who suffers from an acute back condition and is less than 6 weeks post-injury, or those with hypertension, glaucoma, or recent eye surgery. |
YOGA WALL TEACHER TRAINING
For yoga teachers to learn how to effectively teach a multi-level yoga class on the Great Yoga Wall. Learn to work with all types of clientele on standing, seated, twists and inverted asana in a safe manner using the Wall. By class end, teachers will be able to properly align students and have the students feel that alignment so they can carry that knowledge back to the mat. TBD Upper back, neck, and shoulders TBD Lower back, hips, and spine Pre-registration required. Open to 200hr ytt certified instructors only. Seven hours of contact CECs for Yoga Alliance members awarded upon completion. Class format: Both days include a 60-min open to the public Wall Yoga class, 30-min break, 2.5-hour teacher training instruction. |
