Please read all policies below before completing your booking.
Policies
All appointments must be secured with a credit card, even if you plan to pay another way. Online booking will ask for a credit card before confirming your appointment. If you don’t have a credit card and plan to pay with a gift certificate, please call us to book and provide your gift certificate number.
Bookings must optimize the therapists' schedules. We reserve the right to adjust your start time to accommodate this (usually up or down 15 or 30 mins; of course we'll let you know if we have to do this).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours but at least one hour before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled appointment, and no-shows, will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price.
The cancellation fees above also apply when rescheduling within the cancellation window.

Booking for someone else as a surprise? Calling to book is best so we can note the appointment as such. If you book online, please call us or tell us through the chat bot that it’s a surprise so we can prevent automated follow-ups.
