Join us for a one-of-a-kind seasonal pop-up designed to support your body, mind, and spirit during the calming, introspective energy of winter.
We’ll begin with grounding practices to settle into stillness before moving to the Great Yoga Wall, where you’ll be guided through a nourishing sequence of poses backed by Yoga Therapy. This workshop is thoughtfully designed to warm the body, build stability, and deepen inner awareness—perfect for countering the cold, heavy qualities of the winter season. To complete this restorative experience, we’ll close with a soothing sound bath and Vedic chanting, leaving you feeling centered, supported, and renewed.
This unique pop-up is open to everyBODY—all ages and abilities are welcome, and no prior experience is needed.
