YOGA 102 - Introduction to Yoga Series
Introducing Yoga 102, a workshop designed specifically for all who have done Yoga 101 and are ready to take it to the next level. Yoga 102 is still a non-judgement closed-group environment where students will learn the basics of a modern yoga plus a little more of the variations and traditions of the practice. This series is also perfect if are you looking to refresh or refine your practice, get a new perspective, or encourage those who may have been doing yoga for a short while. The instructor will answer questions during the series and provide guidance as to which classes to attend in order to start or continue a regular yoga practice. All you need to do is bring your body, explore your boundaries, and have fun! All fitness levels welcome.
