Welcome the New Year with the Great Yoga Wall Series! Step into the new year with a transformative 6-week journey on the Great Yoga Wall, where we’ll explore the incredible potential of your body and mind through therapeutic yoga practices. Each week will focus on a unique theme, blending physical movement, energetic alignment, and thoughtful reflection. As you deepen your practice, you’ll experience a harmonious fusion of carefully curated poses, yoga philosophy, and the wisdom of the subtle body. This one-of-a-kind series is designed to nourish your entire being, cultivating inner strength, balance, and compassion. The Great Yoga Wall Series is open to everyBODY—people of all ages and abilities are welcome. No prior experience is necessary; simply come as you are! To ensure a personalized experience, each participant will complete an intake form so the instructor can understand your needs, goals, and any specific areas of focus. Throughout the series, you'll receive weekly check-ins, daily practice suggestions, and custom take-home materials to support your growth. Course Schedule: Week 1: Jan 9 – Being in Balance Week 2: Jan 16 – Listening to the Subtle Body Week 3: Jan 23 – Building Strength Week 4: Jan 30 – The Breath & Upper Body Week 5: Feb 6 – Grounding in the Lower Body Week 6: Feb 13 – Awakening the Spine & Mind Book now, limited class sizes (min 4, max 7).
