Great Yoga Wall Series
Join us Wednesday nights for a 6-week Summertime Series on our Great Yoga Wall! This 6-week series will explore the amazing capabilities of the body and mind through therapeutic yoga techniques curated for the Great Yoga Wall. Each week will have a different focus, both physically and energetically, where participants will get to experience carefully crafted yoga poses woven together with yoga philosophy, the subtle body, and reflective practices. This one-of-a-kind series will nourish and awaken your entire being and promote inner wisdom, strength, and compassion. The Great Yoga Wall Series is for everyBODY – all ages and abilities. No prior experience is needed, come as you are! Each participant will complete an intake so the teacher can learn more about you, your needs and goals, which will be used to tailor the practices explored each week. There will be weekly check-ins, daily practices, and custom take home materials for each participant. Week 1: Jul 10 - Being in Balance Week 2: Jul 17 - Listening to the Subtle Body Week 3: Jul 24 - Attention to Strength Week 4: Jul 31 - The Breath & Upper Body Week 5: Aug 7 - Grounding in the Lower Body Week 6: Aug 14 - Awakening the Spine & Mind Book now, limited class sizes (min 4, max 7).
