Sequences will challenge the mind and body, offering physical space and mental balance through movement and breath. This is the one class rarely incorporates the Great Yoga Wall since its focus is flow. Vinyasa Warm Flow, where we heat the room to just over 80 degrees, is offered in cooler months.

Slow Flow
Slow Vinyasa Flow is a therapeutic dance of moving meditation. The instructor monitors the classroom and creates a slow synchronized dance, evaluating how and when a pose should to be modified due to physical limitations, or limitations in experience. Move, breathe, and stretch; Slow Flow brings the element of time into the practice, with time to mentally engage with the body, as you move through the series. The pace may be slower, but challenges will be present with difficulties to work through. Slow flow allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward.
