Ingredients:
1 cup safflower or canola oil
2 to 3 cloves of garlic chopped fine
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp sesame tahini
2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 inch piece of fresh ginger chopped fine
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until all combined
Keep Refrigerated
Recommended for many dishes, use as a marinade or use it on a salad!
