I have upper back pain, I get a lot of knots. So I get frequent massages. But I really feel the benefits of my massages (especially Hot Stone) when I take a Therapeutic Yoga class. I told Maggie right before about my upper back problems and she totally helped me and adjusted all the poses just to alleviate or avoid my pain. Maggie's the best. Also sometimes I go to Dave and he really helps me, because he pays attention in even the little ways- He adjusts the table and put bolsters and pillows out for my chest and works longer in some areas.

I've suffered from back and neck pain due to a car accident. I went to doctors and physical therapists for years with little relief. Yoga and ooccasional massages have me feeling so much better. It's important to practice with a knowledgeable instructor who will work with you to prevent further injury. So glad I found them at Kur!
